Ahi Tuna Carpaccio

Carpaccio is the Italian version of steak tartare but is much more delicate.
Ingredients
1 lb ahi tuna fillets
2 garlic cloves, minced or put through a press
2 tablespoons capers, rinsed
Juice of 1 large lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
Salt and freshly ground pepper
