INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)
* 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
* 3 tablespoons butter, melted
* 5 teaspoons honey
* 1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
* 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
* 3 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
* 6 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
* salt and pepper to taste
* 6 lemon wedges

Farmed Salmon Fillet

These fresh Canadian farmed salmon fillets originated in the pristine icy cold waters of the North Atlantic. High in omega 3 fatty acids, these nutritious salmon fillets lower cholesterol and are an important part of a heart-healthy diet. Baked, blackened, broiled, fried, poached or sauted, our Canadian farmed salmon fillets are always delicious.
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, butter, and honey. In another bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.
- Season each salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with mustard-honey mixture. Cover the top of each fillet with bread crumb mixture.
- Bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured at thickest part, or until salmon just flakes when tested with a fork. Serve garnished with lemon wedges.

Ingredients:
Nori Crust
* 2 nori sheets, toasted
* 1 tsp paprika
* 1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
* 1 tsp black peppercorns
* 2 tbsp butter
* 1 shallot, minced
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 Thai chili, sliced
* salt
Salmon
* 1 tsp vegetable oil
* 1 tbsp butter
* 4 x 5-6 oz salmon fillets, skin removed
* Nori Crust
* salt
Directions:
Nori Crust
1. In a mortar and pestle, break up nori sheets.
2. Add paprika, sesame seeds, black peppercorns and salt, grind.
3. In a small sauté pan, melt butter over medium heat.
4. Add shallots and garlic.
5. Sauté over medium heat for 1 minute until shallots and garlic soften and turn slightly brown.
6. Add chili and nori spice mixture.
7. Stir for 1-2 minutes to toast, remove from heat.
Salmon
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Heat oil and butter in a sauté pan.
3. Season fillets with salt on all sides.
4. Sear salmon skin side up.
5. Turn and sear on other side, approximately 2 minutes.
6. Transfer salmon fillets to baking dish, skin side down and pat Nori Crust on top of fillets.
7. Bake in oven for 5-7 minutes until cooked through.
