Wild Ocean Seafoods smoked salmon are smoked over traditional adler using only Wild King (Chinook), Pacific Steelhead and Sockeye Salmon. The significant oil content of these salmon species make them ideal for smoking.

Of special concern in our smoking process is to maintain uniform smoke penetration. Unlike many smoked salmon providers, we trim the thinner filet belly & tail off to minimize the thickness variations, delivering a consistant texture and flavor.
