Often times, when people buy coffee machines/makers, they base their decision upon how the machine itself looks. These days a one cup coffee maker is as much a fashion statement as it is a useful utility. When it comes to the Flavia fusion drinks station, you won’t be disappointed. The machine is well designed and is very simple to use. The controls are divided into 3 categories: Coffee drinks, other drinks and two pack drinks that would need a couple of different filter packs which is quite similar to a milk and espresso pack that’s used to make cappuccino. As for brewing coffee, the most curious thing about the Flavia fusion is the fact that the brewing happens within the filter pack. Because of this, there won’t be no cleaning required or having to mix tea and coffee for taste. The filter would basically slide into place; the hot water would then pass through the filter pack and eventually finishes with hot air to dry the thing out.
As for the coffee blends, they are all very good. Depending on your preference, you might enjoy the darker roasts such as Sumatra. The flavored coffees are also pretty good but some had a fake taste to them that many coffee drinkers might dislike. They can also be quite sweet which might not be everyone’s type of coffee. But they are all, nonetheless, very drinkable. The espresso made using the Flavia coffee maker is also nice but there are better ones. But is something that would still satisfy your palette if you like espresso.
You can also make other drinks using the Flavia fusion and some of these drinks include Leaf teas and other well being ones which are basically berry and green tea based drinks. The more enjoyable ones would be the Lemon Calm teas and the Blueberry balance. But again, this would differ according to every person’s taste. The Flavia coffee machines also allow you to make Chai Tea, Hot Chocolate and a Milky Way swirl which is essentially a hot chocolate and creamy caramel drink. Since they are made by the Mars corporation, you can imagine how many delicious chocolaty flavors they offer.
