When I started using it, I was very pleased with the product. It took up very little of my counter space and makes great coffee, tea or chocolate in less than a minute.
The best part is no cleaning is required between brews. If I want to make a cup of hot chocolate immediately after making a cup of coffee, all I need do is insert the chocolate filter pack and press the button. The hot chocolate is ready in an instant and there is no trace of coffee flavor in the hot chocolate. It is also good at making frothy drinks like cappuccinos.
